Asian Food Group acquires Sin Wah Foods
The Asian Food Group (Haps, The Netherlands) has acquired Dutch company Sin Was Foods B.V. (Eindhoven, The Netherlands). Sin Wah Foods has been an importer and exporter of Asian products since 1990. Sin Was Food supplies food and non-food to customers throughout Europe and offers a wide range of packaged food and a sophisticated range of non-food.
The Asian Food Group is on a mission to become the largest supplier of both food and non-food Asian products in Europe. Sin Wah Foods is the latest addition to the portfolio after the acquisitions of Lucullus B.V. in 2020 and Thai Mas B.V. in 2021.
